This year's dinner is presented by the Hispanic community to express their support and gratitude to Immaculata Catholic School.
The auction volunteers are confident that you'll have some of the best Mexican food you've ever tasted!
Below are some of the items planned for the dinner. The final menu will be based upon availability from food suppliers.
Mini Oaxacan-style tamales
Sauces, including thick guacamole
Cactus salad or grilled cactus
Beef steak tacos and tacos al pastor with chopped onions and cilantro, a variety of sauces, and hand-made tortillas.
Red mole with chicken, green mole with pork, and white or red rice.
Poblano peppers stuffed with cheese and/or potatoes, with refried beans, red rice, and lettuce.
Corn-based meatless entrees made on demand on the griddle, such as cheese and mushroom quesadillas, cheese and bean gorditas, or picadas, with a variety of toppings and sauces.
Tres leches cake, custard (flan), fresh corn cake, rice pudding, or traditional pastries.
Mexican beverages made with fresh ingredients, as well as tea and coffee.
Beer and wine will also be available.
